7/21/2008 - Summer student Shawn Hassell joins Independent Consulting Solutions.
Shawn Hassell is completing his 3 months internship at ICS this summer in order to gain real-life experience within his future field of business. Bermudian born Shawn Hassell attended the Bermuda Institute from kindergarten through 12th grade. Upon graduation, Mr. Hassell attended the Bermuda college for his first year of college. The following year Mr. Hassell departed from Bermuda to join the New England Institute of Technology, where he is currently studying. He is aspiring to obtain his associates degree in networking engineering. At present Shawn is studying for his first certificate A+. Next he is aiming to achieve his CCNA.
Mr. Hassell states “by getting a summer internship at ICS, I can not only gain work experience in a real-life environment but also learn new and developing material that is not yet being taught within the class room”. When Mr. Hassell graduates from school and acquires all of his certifications, he is thriving towards becoming a leading Bermudian figure in the IT sector of ICS or any top consulting firm on the island.
