ICS has developed a technical interviewing service for high level technical professionals. ICS will visit your organization and take the appropriate time to gain an understanding of your company's technology landscape enabling us to develop a needs profile that truly reflects the scope of the job and the type of person required. We will then develop a job and candidate profile for you to use as a basis to begin your selection process. Once you have identified a shortlist of potential employees, ICS will conduct extensive and challenging technical interviews of the finalists based on the needs profile we have created and that you have concurred. ICS will then provide feedback as to the proficiency and appropriateness of the candidates based on the following characteristics:
■ Ability to think on their feet
■ Overall understanding of the Technology Industry
■ Skills applicable to the specific job profile
With this information to hand, you will be able to make a truly informed hiring decision, or alternatively assess whether you need to begin a new candidate search. In short, no more “paper” technicians.
Purchase Options
Costs for ICS's Interviewing Service are per position, per candidate and include on-site consulting to define the necessary profiles and provision for a conclusions report on the candidates interviewed:
1 x candidate = $1,500.00
4 x candidates = $3,000.00 inclusive
ICS requires $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit prior to beginning on-site consulting. This will be credited to your first interviewed candidate. ICS reserves the right to change the terms of the onsite visit depending on the complexity of your organization’s profile requirements.
